Grandmama's House Rates:

$115 per night (two night minimum)

$650 per week

Please add $10 per extra person per night over seven guests

Grandpapa's Getaway Rates:

$95 per night (two night minimum)

$550 per week

Please add $10 per extra person per night over five guests

To Confirm Your Reservation:

Deposit for 4 nights or less:  $100
Deposit for 5 nights or more:  $200

Pet Fee

$10 per night with proof of flea control medication.

To guarantee a confirmed reservation, we request a check for a deposit of $100 for a stay of 4 nights or less, or $200 for a stay of 5 nights or longer.  Please make checks out ot Willie or Julie Hendon.  The balance is due at check-in.  We accept cash, traveleres checks, MasterCard, or Visa.

For cancellations made more than two weeks prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a $15 service charge.  For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a $35 service charge if we are able to re-rent the cabin.  Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

Your security deposit will be refunded after your stay upon "favorable inspection".
