Nestled in the "Land of Waterfalls", the 7th Green Condo is surrounded by forest, wildlife, trails, and activites. A few miles down the road is DuPont State Forest. The forest is known for its numerous waterfalls, quiet trails, and, for the athletic type, offers the best mountain biking in western North Carolina. Caesar's Head State Park, a 20 minute drive south, is perfect for a family visit and a picnic lunch. Standing on top of Caesar's Head rock, you can see three states on a clear day. One of the "best kept secrets" is the YMCA Camp Greenville Chapel, also known as "Pretty Place" because of its spectacular view. The camp suggests calling in before you visit to avoid conflicts with weddings or other privately scheduled events.

Located in Sherwood Forest, eight miles south of Brevard, NC on RTE #276, with easy access on paved roads. A two bedroom, 1.5 bath fully furnished condo on the 7th green of an 18 hole par 3 golf course. Enjoy fishing and kayaking on 5 lakes, hiking on over 20 miles of trails, swimming at the pool, and tennis, all within 1030 acres that is Sherwood Forest. An Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

Amenities include fireplace and cable television with DVD/VCR. Also included is a telephone, central heat, air conditioner, and washer-dryer. The kitchen is completely furnished with full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all dishes and utensils. You'll also enjoy a screened porch that overlooks the golf course.
